www.sandridge-pc.gov.uk 38 Summer 2024 A t last the rain stopped and the sun came out to enable the final work to be completed on the repair and refurbishment of the Grade II lychgate at St. Leonard’s Church, Sandridge, in early May 2024. In April it was possible for the beautifully restored plaques with the list of names of those who died from Sandridge in WWI and II to be put back onto the front of the lychgate.
