19 www.sandridge-pc.gov.uk AUTUMN 2023 F rom this September, the Feelgood Factor acting class for adults will run on Thursday evenings, 8pm - 9.30pm at Marshalswick Community Centre during term time. The Feelgood Factor is a theatre workshop group for everyone over the age of 18. The fun and friendly classes include Theatre games, improvisation, play readings and all kinds of acting and performance-based training. Everyone is welcome, from the absolute !rst timer to the seasoned pro. Classes are run by professional theatre director, Catherine Lomax, who trained under Alan Ayckbourn at the Stephen Joseph Theatre, and who has since worked in Theatre, TV and Film. Set up online during lockdown, when the opportunities to be able to create, communicate and interact were immensely valuable, the adult theatre group has continued to thrive over the years. This fun and highly supportive adult group is for anyone looking for an open, creative, non-pressurised acting, drama, and theatre experience. “What you o"er at Feelgood is so unique.
